"Packaging Was a Letdown"
The box were crushed when it showed up, so that was disappointing. The product itself might be fine, but the packaging didn’t give a great first impression...

"Cute outfit, but I had to escalate the quality issue"
The outfit looked really cute online, and I was excited when it arrived, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. The fabric felt thin for the price, and after one wash it started to lose its shape. I reached out to customer service because I didn’t feel like this was acceptable, and I ended up having to escalate the complaint to get a proper response. It’s not the worst purchase ever, but i wouldn’t buy it again unless the quality improves.

"Clunky site and too many policy excuses"
Trying to get around the site was frustrating. It feels clunky and not very intuitive, and whenever I ran into an issue it seemed like everything got brushed off as “policy” instead of actually helping. Just made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be

"Better Than I Expected for Kids’ Gifts"
I ordered a little outfit for my niece’s birthday, i wasn’t expecting too much beyond just finding something cute. But it actually turned out really nice and she loved it. The site was easy to use and there was a good mix of sweet gift options. The only thing is I thought picking the right size would be quicker than it was, so that took me a bit longer than expected. Still, I was happy with the purchase and would use them again for kids’ gifts.

"I ordered a couple of outfits from Sugar..."
I ordered a couple of outfits from Sugar and Spice Kids, they were really cute when they arrived. The fit was good too, so at first I was happy with them.

After a few washes though, one of the tops started fading a little and the fabric didn’t feel as soft anymore. It’s still wearable, but definitely not as nice as it was on day one. I’m kind of too tired of dealing with returns and customer service stuff lately, so I’ll just keep it, but overall it was average

"Pretty comfy, just a small tag issue lol"
My kids said these were comfy overall, but the tags bugged them a little bit lol. Not a huge deal, but not totally perfect either

The stuff I ordered was cute, don’t get me wrong, but the whole experience just felt like more hassle than it was worth. I wanted to like it more, but yeah, I ended up disappointed.

"Cute items, but... the delivery was disappointing"
The stuff is really cute, so I wanted to love the experience. But, yeah... my order showed up late twice, which was frustrating. I’m not totally sure I’d order again unless the delivery gets more reliable.

"Cute items, but I had to sort through them a bit"
There are definitely some really cute things here, and my kid was excited looking through them with me after dinner one night. That said, a few of the items felt a little too grown up for their age, so I had to be a bit picky about what I actually chose. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed.

One item was missing from my order, which was a bit annoying at first. I contacted support and after a few emails, they got it fixed. It was not instant, but they did sort it out in the end.

The payment went through fine in the end, but the checkout took longer than it probably should. It wasn’t a huge problem, but a smoother, quicker process would make sense and definitely improve the experience

I don’t know why customer service took days to get back to me, but it was frustrating. When they finally replied, the response wasn’t all that helpful either, so I was left feeling like I didn’t really get much support.

I’ve ordered from Sugar and Spice Kids a few times now, it’s always been easy. No issues with my orders, the stuff is cute, and the prices feel fair. It’s just one of those shops I keep going back to when I need something

I ordered from sugarandspicekids.com for my daughter’s birthday, it just didn’t feel as special as I was hoping. The outfit looked kind of basic in person and, yeah, not really dressy enough for the photos we wanted to take. I guess I wish I’d gone to a store and seen something in person first. Overall, disappointing

The items are cute, I’ll give them that, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re getting. Like, it’s nice and all, but not nice enough to justify spending that much. Just feels a bit overpriced to me.

I was charged right away, but I didn’t really get any updates, which had me a little concerned. When the outfit finally showed up, it didn’t look like the photos. The colors were different and the fabric felt cheaper than I expected. Disappointing overall.

"Refund was a little slow, but it came through"
My refund did eventually come through, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Support got back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was expecting things to be a bit smoother. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just something I think they could improve

The stitching started coming apart way too fast. It just feels kinda cheaply made, which is a bummer. Not worth it imo
